About Daniel Swersky
Daniel Swersky is an award-winning educator and organizational leader with extensive industry experience. Daniel received his bachelor’s degree in Human Development from Cornell University, his master’s in the Science of Teaching from Pace University, and an additional master’s in Education Administration from National-Louis University.
Over the course of Daniel Swersky’s career, he has served in a wide range of capacities, holding roles such as educator, project manager, program manager, consultant, and director. Daniel has been recognized at the institutions that he has served for his deep commitment to student advocacy, streamlining education programs, and ultimately forging supportive, inclusive, and effective learning environments for students with diverse needs.
Daniel began his career in education as a teacher in the NYC Department of Education through Teach for America and continued at KIPP STAR College Preparatory Charter School. Daniel Swersky was later given the opportunity to become the Founding School Leader of KIPP Washington Heights Middle School, where he was responsible for implementing programs to support students and educators reach their goals. Daniel and his team were recognized by the state of New York as a “Recognition School” for exceptional student growth and achievement across all demographic areas. In addition, Danny helped refine pathways for educators to access administrative positions- leading the development of 7 principals and assistant principals leading other schools.
Daniel currently serves as the founding consultant for Better Tomorrow Consulting, a consulting firm that works with organizations to build toward constructive strategic vision, recruit top talent, and reach essential goals within their respective industries. As an education consultant, Daniel is dedicated to helping education providers with empowering students and staff, contributing to positive school culture, and more.
